We don’t require our tenants to pay a deposit. There is a one-time admin fee of $10.
Do you offer flexible lease options?
We offer flexible month-to-month leases, allowing tenants to store with us short or long-term.
Do I need a climate-controlled storage unit?
Depending on what you intend to store, a climate-controlled storage unit may work great for you. These units are built to help protect your items from long-term exposure to intense temperatures and humidity.
What are the security features?
Our facilities are monitored 24-hours a day, 7 days a week using our state-of-the-art video surveillance system and computerized access gates. The property is also fenced and well-lit.
How do I pay my monthly storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a credit or debit card. Cash payments at our Houston Run Drive Office.
What documentation do I need to reserve a unit?
You must have a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license. For vehicle storage, you must have updated registration and insurance.
How do I gain access to my storage unit?
Only renters have access inside of the facility using their personal gate code. Once you sign a lease you’ll be given a code that no one else has.
Do you offer boxes and other packing supplies?
We have boxes and other supplies such as mattress covers and locks that are available for purchase.
